In my opinion the Zen Exhibition match was better in the manga, while the Tournament of Power is done better in the anime.

Beerus doesn't have ultra instinct, but he does have a very imperfect form of it, his limbs can sense and move on their own he just isn't good at it. He has to actively focus on dodging, unlike true ultra instinct.

The Zen exhibition match with the gods of destruction is so good. We finally see that Beerus really is one of the strongest GoD and that he does have a incomplete version of UI. In the anime Whis just implied it.
