Honestly I really enjoyed seeing how much is the story Metal could do. He’s always been my favorite villain in the series so it’s interesting to see what his character can do.

so you can actually jump around the first impassible crate room as metal sonic in final rush with a pretty percise jump by homing attacking right before you hit the ground for more speed in a jump. but a similar room right before you run from the depris at the end has an insanly long invisible wall and by the time metal sonic gets around you're already right above the death plane

I experience the homing attack getting me damaged anyways all the time as Sonic and Shadow. I noticed it tends to happen most often when I try to do really long homing attacks.
