5:55 its drinkable on purpose. When you drink it, it freezes you they cannot attack you and it heals insanely fast from no health to full health by the time the freezing is over. So you can fully heal mid fight.

the point of cryofreeze is to protect yourself and heal while in a fight if your losing, because you cant be hit in the ice

The cryofreeze is for regening because it increases your regen rate to around 1 heart per second. (Also makes you invincible while in the ice)

cryofreeze can be used when you’re low health or in a bad situation; it completely prevents you from taking damage so it’s essentially a shield but you’re frozen
