The trade makes sense for the Braves. I grew up a Braves fan and still follow them. They need an LF. Right now they’re looking at a fringe guy Grissom who is like Taylor Trammel. So for the Braves fan they see their starting LF in Kelenic. And they’re a team that has $ to eat the bat contract. With the thin FA market Kelenic is a good try to fill their needs.

Dipoto needs to go! We keep trading players and getting nothing back in return. Why not trade Julio for a bullpen arm with a 8.99 era? That sounds like a Dipoto deal
