As a Creative Psychotherapist, Mindset Coach & Part time Fluid Artist, I have a simple vision here: To hold space where you can visit to relax, slow racing thoughts, move into a better Mindset, rethink how you may be manage your lives, tune into your inner wisdom, enjoy the sense of community & feel inspired and empowered to be the best version of you when you go back into the world.
I would love to see you weekly for the latest upload with the intention, sharing composed music and helping you to dive into your creative self and see you feel empowered to create positive changes in your life. Make time for you. Have fun. Fall over, dust yourself off and start again.
Finding a place of stillness within, creates space for the answers we seek. The meditation narratives, music and nature photography and sounds are my own creation. I hope you find something you connect with.

This is so beautiful Marie-Louise and even though I am not a beginner I think this is a wonderful introduction to meditation for people and your voice is soothing and lovely and so easy to listen to. This is just what everyone needs right now. Thank you for your dedicated work as this is a truly lovely channel for people to come to where they will be able to feel better and, as we meditators all know, the perfect gift to one’s self and the key to peace, calm, happiness and balance as well as a way to enhance everything magical within us making us more aware of our gifts. It is also the key to self development. I shall let lots of people know ️
