Description
I am 35 years behind editing my videos and super 8 mm sound films.
This collection, presently at 166, represents a small sample of the decades of video I have shot.
It represents neither the best nor worst of what I have shot. It does represent a small
30 year history of Birchrunville as seen through my eyes. Birchrunville is a small old village west of the covered bridge & further west of Valley Forge.
It also represents a small sampling of some of the very -very - talented, sometimes famous, musicians, artists, poets, politicians, photographers, editors, film makers, folk heroes and legends, some folk artists perhaps or almost written about by Henry Glasse (Google Henry), places, countries & Islands I visited.
It is no "Passing the Time in Ballymenone", but it is my version of "Passing the Time in Ballymenone"
I hope you enjoy your "Passing the Time" in my YouTube portal.

My best friend sang this song to me before I moved 6,000 miles away. It seemed so fitting. This song will be with me forever now and I'm gonna sing it to her once I see her face again. x

Reminds me of when I would visit my uncle and Aunt for the summer as a boy. My brother and I would sit on the veranda at night watching the stars as music played in the house. It was so peaceful.... How I miss it. Jamaica has changed so much....

The organ sounds so heavenly. As soon as it starts, I feel a sensation come up over my chest, my heart cries out for the human race. Jimmy most definitely blessed me with this song. It is and will always be my favorite song ever made. His voice just touches any one with a beating heart. No matter where you from, what language you speak, black/white; if you have a conscience and a heart, this song will definitely touch you. Just reminds me of just how far we all came yet have so much more to go!!

this song is so beautiful and so haunting at the same time. it does something to your soul and your mind - the tears come from somewhere deep inside - too deep to come from just your eyes.
