Also, the icon next to the clock is just the Veency icon indicating that a computer is controlling the screen.

Go to Cydia and make sure you have the Core Utilities and Erica Utilities packages. You may have to change your settings to "hacker" rather than the regular user in Cydia's settings in order to see the packages since they're command line packages. I'm not sure which package recAudio is specifically under, but it's one of either Core or Erica Utilities so just make sure those and all the packages listed in the description are installed and you should be good.

@ErkZShuffle by "record a song", do you mean sing into a microphone that is plugged into your iPod, or a song that you are listening to on Pandora that you want to have copied to your music library? If it's the first one, it's easier to just record straight from your computer, if it's the second one, there is probably a way to do that, but I can't help you.

does this work on 5.1.1

i had used it on 5.0.1 but it forgot to reinstall erica utilities when i update, its fixed now. do you of ANY way of remotely retrieving the current data (3g) ip address of an iphone?

I only have an iPod touch 4th gen. and so any experimentation with an iPhone or other iOS device is not really possible. I'd imagine the data ip of a phone would be inaccessible since the cell towers are your "routers" and that's where you receive your ip from and I would imagine cell companies wouldn't want people being able to access their phone's ip via their towers. I'll do some research and message your inbox if I find anything.

If you have all the programs/utilities I have listed in the description (that is, if they are available for download on Cydia) then it should work on 5.1.1 if you are on the same wifi network. I have not tested it, but the concept remains the same.
