Daryl we're gonna have to replace that broccoli with something else cause Country doesn't do broccoli! LOL

@anmoose This recipe made just over a gallon and could easily be scaled back, try doing it with a tall boy half of the cream cheese and sour cream and a small loaf of cheese. Ive expiramented with cheddar and not had good luck unless it is shredded and put in at the end of the cooking process with the parmesan. Let me know how it comes out:-)
