That's how I make it as well, but I also like to add liquor or rum into coffee. :) Lol at people being scared of raw eggs... Wait until you find out that in some countries people drink raw egg by piercing a shell and gulping it straight out. It's safe in most of the world. Maybe not US judging by people's reaction. But if eggs are fresh they're safe to eat raw. This way of making a tiramisu is the best because whipped egg white makes it very airy and fluffy. If you add cream it will be too heavy and sickening and you'll make a cheesecake, not tiramisu.
