ppl that play other games or RPGs spend hundreds of hours day after day, and month after month playing there games. i played hardcore here. explored every corner of the world, finished all quests were possible to finish and gain the best results from it. killed everything there was to kill, collected and looted everything. not "cheats" were involved.

Ah yeah.. Always wished that the rewind button existed in real life.. How much i would give up to experience the trilogy over again ( Gothic 4: Arcania is NOT a gothic game)

are you Kidding me?! gothic 1 is THE BEST it's my favorite game in the series, i played gothic 1 more than i can count!!! i spend 5 times more playing gothic 1 than i played gothic 3...

German version has the best voice acting....its just great...and btw gothic 1,2,3 and risen 1,2 are german and have the exact.same voiceactors

im wondering cause at some point of the game there are no ppl you can kill and defeating gives only 1 time xp, the only thing that respawns are animals, or is this just cause of my patchs?

@VictumRoManius nah, the map is huge and you have plenty of critters to kill. in nordmar there are a shitload of ripperbeasts, shadowbeasts, wolves and rhinos. if you manage to wipe out everything living on the map you can reach very very high levels.
