The ARG and all of the trailers for chapter 4 were awesome. Too awesome. The advertising team for the game did too good of a job. One of the biggest complaints of chapter 4 is how characters don’t feel like they’re used to the extent they should’ve been and their trailers are definitely a reason people feel that way. At least they didn’t give the nightmare critters there own trailer. That would’ve made their subpar roll in the game even worse (Baba Chops was shown off in the first trailer for the game, but it was our first look at the game and so short that I don’t really count it but it definitely didn’t help)
