I grew up fishing, hiking, foraging, gardening & cooking. I enjoy teaching and want to share my experiences and knowledge with others. I was fortunate enough to have been on food network and other TV and have been told I have inspired people to start fishing, cooking & gardening. So my posts will include very basic information for beginners, as well as posts that I hope will also be entertaining and informative to those, who like me, have been doing these things most of their lives. Crab is probably my fav things to eat. Although I dont get to eat it much. Id love to catch my own and eat them! Id imagine fresh fresh is even better!

Fresh to me is more flavorful and a bit sweeter. It is a lot of work to clean but you get pretty efficient at it when you clean a bunch of them
