@Amicicide43 Thanks! I really don't have tooooo much advice. Just align the VSTs right (boost [like the TSE808, which you want to keep the drive off, level all the way up, and tone about midway], your amp sim, and then your cab impulse loader [like keFIR or LePou's LeCab]). Besides your amp sim, a nice sound also really depends on which impulse you use, I linked to the one I used in the description. If you can find Sperimental's impulse pack, I definitely recommended those.

@9000Ryan Hey, thanks so much for the info, man. I doubt you're unlucky. Ibanez always seems to have problems getting good fretwire on their stock models. It's cool. I know a guy who does SICK fretwork, so, it shouldn't be a problem. Thanks again for the info. Keep on rocking and keep giving us epic covers. Your Overture 1928 cover was epic.

Thanks! It was a blend of MIDI bass and a free vst called 4front bass.

@MetallicAciDD yeah man you can get some great sounds out of free VST but it can also be tricky. Besides a good amp sim, you need a good cabinet impulse like the one i linked in the description or if you can find Sperimentals impulse pack those are also great.

This was one of the best guitar riffs ever written. I don't like the rest of the song except the jam that starts at 1:07. I don't like most of their music but the intro to Alaska is fucking amazing.
