Am I the only one that's wants a sequal to alphonse going to shing and ed going west?

2003 FMA is meant to break your heart, FMA Brotherhood is meant to heal your soul.

The ending in the original was bittersweet and a little sad but I like it quite a bit.

The fact that in the 03 that Ed didn’t end up with Wenry it’s just so ugh to me

I don’t have a problem with bittersweet ending but it’s just not meant for a series like fma. The characters deserve happiness and brotherhood did it really well

Another bad thing about the 2003 ending,we don't get to see what happen's back in ed's original world

The Brotherhood ending just felt like the equivalent of kicking back your feet after a long, long hard day. It was that breather that you just needed.

2009 : Exchanges skill for a life

I'll be sure to go check out the series again. It's been so long since I saw fullmetal and i'll be happy to rewatch it again

I perfer brotherhood ending and final battle more.

I want movie after Brotherhood just to see what happened with the research, what kind of father is Ed, what happened to Ling, what kind of Fuhrer is Mustang and is he with Riza, what happened with Ishval and Scar. Sadly it won't happen..

I actually thought the ending was pretty damn good, when people said the ending was absolute crap I though that Edward and Alphonse both died out of the blue, and sure I would have liked to see everything turn out happily ever after, it gives us a sense of hope because the brothers still believed in each other

It's just that...

I always thought that it was very interesting that the gate was connected to our world that if you are able to pass through the gate you will end up in a parallel world but your counterpart has to die for you to cross over

People really don't like bittersweet endings, huh? Guys, at least Ed and Al are ALIVE.
