I had the wagon. It's was very quick from a dig, but ran out of steam in the higher rpm's.  I wish I still had it...if nothing but for a winter beater.

In the US we got Screwed AGAIN ! We got the SOHC EJ22 NON Intercooled Turbo. I owed 2 of them a 91 and a 93. I had to put WRX intercoolers in both. That mod was 1 of many but it was 1 of the best u can do to wake up that motor

What a great car. This car could have been a real Quick car if subaru put a factory Intercooler on this car. That would have added another 20hp at times . All in all this is a fun car to drive and mod. This car can make well over 200whp with very little mods and a good tune. I wish i still owned mine. If anyone has 1 for sale PLEASE PM ME

My stock JDM 1991 GT sedan has a factory intercooler. I don't think the US get such things with the 2.2
