boi dont get the 1060! Nowdays the RX480 performs pretty much equal with 2gb more vram and you Can Crossfire.

I actually have an AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series. I can't even run BO3 after the main screen, but I can run Assassin's Creed 4 at 60 FPS on max graphics.

Turn off vertical sync, make sure your drivers are up to date, and finally, if you are going to upgrade, get a RX 480. It will be future-proof, just like your HD 7000 series GPU should be if you have everything up to date.

Im running the hd7700 ghost and to be honest i am amazed at how well it can handle anything i throw at it 1080 Skyrim at medium with stable 50-60 frames, Bioshock infinite at 1080 high settings at 50-60 frames. You can grab one of these for about £30 on ebay and for that price you cant say this is a bad card. Personally i think this card is amazing for such price tag.
