it actually doesnt delete 1 thing. it just clears the space that insides those files. such as like useless files. not even touching the application itself.

No, you can't. Basically, RAM is a real thing that helps your computer run many things at once. The more RAM the more things. If you do run a lot of things at once, but you don't have a lot of RAM, it will make your computer lag. The best things to do for that is go to the Apple retail store and an have them install more RAM, but that could be a bit costly. Older Macs are better for homemade RAM upgrades.
