I just tried this today! I was jogging to the beach and before that, I left my PC on, and then while I was resting I was able to connect to my PC using Steam Link and play while using my 4G connection :)

Really awesome man. I've tried this under the same network but didn't know you can use steam link anywhere!

I have 5G 200mbps (about 11mbps upload) service and my PC is wired direct ethernet to the router. I have wifi 5G at work. I use my Galaxy Tab A8 to play Cyberpunk 2077 with my PS4 controller. AND I noticed that I could exit out of Steam and access my PC completely if I wanted to. Pretty cool. P.S. I have a kush desk job LOL LIKED!!!

I would get myself a 5G mobile router before attempting steam on my android tv box or iPhone.

Unfortunately no info on how to setup the wake on LAN feature to actually be able to play while having no physical access to your PC.
