This was the first song I learned from sheet music. It took me around 4 weeks to learn the song. I learned one small part, memorize it and then just play it over and over. Eventually you build up muscle memory and you don't even think about what keys to play. It still trips me out.

Thanks! I am self taught and started learning on one of those little 66 key Yamaha keyboards. There is a lot of info on how to read music on the internet. It is not hard to read music. There are flash card online that you can use to get better. You don't have to read notes fast, just be able to read them so you can play and memorize the song. That is what I do. Give it a shot. @XxBvM39bVxX thanks for the comment. Was probably a little nervous as soon as the camera is recording. A little like playing in front of somebody. Lithium was the 3rd song I learned and the first that I learned from sheet music. So, I was very inexperienced at the time. I have been playing a little longer and I am much more relaxed. Hope to put some new songs up soon when I have time.

Thanks for the comment. I think that if I learned the song now, the fingering would be different. As you know, it takes time to build up coordination on the weaker hand and weaker fingers. You would get a really good laugh if you saw the way I play the beginning of "my immortal" :)

I think that you will find many good reviews on this keyboard. If you looking for a keyboard that has feel of a real piano this comes close. The sound is also very good. It runs around 700-800 dollars which isn't cheap but for the price you get a lot. I am very happy with the keyboard.
