Yup.. the struggles of playing since season 0, completing all the battle passes, max level, countless challenges done, bought packs, and still no heirloom. I was playing with my kids recently and my daughter (about level 12) asks me what heirloom shards are. I almost uninstalled the game.

Fact:if you're playing since season 0 and you've maxed all the battle passes and got all the treasure packs and you don't buy any packs you'll get your heirloom shards in season 20.

They should make it where if you hit level 500 it should give you heirloom shards instead of giving you a charm

We can actually get heirlooms if we buy everything. Because if you buy everything, you get a lot of crafting metals. And if u get a lot of crafting metals, you can buy skins, emotes, charms and etc from collection events. If you get all of it, you'll get an heirloom. So, we should still buy everything.

Well theoretically you could craft your way to a heirloom like back when revenant's heirloom was first released all the cosmetic items that were in the packs leading up to the heirloom pack were craftable so you could craft everything to get the free heirloom

Thank God someone made a vid about this, I have a ton of friends playing this game rn and I swear, all they talk about it "the free heirloom glitch". I was about to start believing them, but you came to my rescue
