Just thinking about this now, I realized I'd put literally every Sonic Rush level in S tier, not a single miss in that masterpiece.

Reasons why Eggmanland is GOATED:

Finally, someone who appreciates Eggmanland as much as me. What an absolute banger of a level. Perfect blend of challenge and fun, fantastic soundtrack, tests you on everything you've learned throughout the game, the perfect way to do a final level, the best level in the game, without question, and my favourite level in the whole series.

Dude, Arid Sands Day is fire. The music, the design, speed, aesthetic, the feel! It's all excellent.

So glad to see Jungle Joyride Act 1 take the 2nd place spot. It's a daunting marathon that really tests your speedrunning skills the whole way through, and I have nothing but mad respect for it because of that.

I just recently bought sonic colors DS and HOLY COW I missed the rush series sooo much. anyways it was nice to see eggman land in the S tier. You die a lot on that stage in the beginning but when you master it... good lord the adrenaline is insane

As a fan of Sonic Unleashed, I respect that you put Eggmanland top of the list. That final level was peak. It’s so good that I was speed running that level in 14 minutes. Personally I have Skyscraper Scamper, Rooftop Run, and Adabat Day over it but people just need to realize that this level is God Tier.

I know I’ll get hate for this, but I genuinely don’t get the love for Sonic Rush tbh. It’s a great game, don’t get me wrong, it’s just that I feel the game moves too fast for how much you can see ahead of yourself. You have to memorize the stage rather than be able to react. It’s a problem I have with all the Rush games, but I think because Rush Adventure and Colors are easier but still well designed, I feel like I can have more fun in those stages than the Rush stages.

Honestly the only redeeming quality of Sweet Mountain Act 4 is a glitch I discovered in the ultimate Version of it:

My two favorite boost stages of all time are the top two stages in the tier list, this is awesome.

The amount of disappointment I felt at 0:06 when you didn't say good! great! awesome! outstanding! amazing! was too intense
