Hello! I am Isaiah The Awesome Dude! I love posting videos mostly about VR games. But I do also make videos on other non-VR games. My theory: the "10-1" means that the signal is weak and that the police cant communicate, this probably happened because mangle's radio interfered with the police radio while recording this audio after being separated from the victim.

Ok, I've seen several "interpretations" of what's being said at this point. Problem is, when I'm convincing myself that whatever X person quotes is what the radio says, that's what I hear. Just how the mind works. Except, no matter how hard I try, can't hear a single thing remotely sounding like "frontal lobe", so that might just be cap I dunno.
