that's a good spec in regards to the CPU and Ram but you need a powerfull Graphics card if yoyu want it to be an AWESOME pc :)

Im not 100% sure tbh, I think it may be due to the server lag, its an American based server think... ive had that problem a few times but I did manage to get into the server...... just keep trying if there is still a problem let me know and I will look into it :)
