If you heard of Grodbort's weapons, FYI the Cow Mangler 5000 and Manmelter (Contrary to the description, and when reflected it will become a flare) actually can be reflected too, but it's just harder because it's not easy to time a ray / laser projectile.

Reflected stickies are pretty common. Reflected sticky kills are rare. (I think I have a total of maybe 7-8 sticky reflect kills total.)

@Jewbat Your way of describing it is very good, and I may include that in something I'm working on right now, except for that last part. If the huntsman sniper has no pattern to his shots, then yeah, it's gonna be luck. But people have a sense of patterns when they fire under most cases. If you know the pattern, you know when to reflect close range.

Something kind of funny, most of my reflect kills are at extreme close range. I actually really suck at reflecting, but I'm good at predicting when people are about to shoot. The three huntsman reflect kills I've done (only counting the ones where the arrow killed them itself) were on the sniper himself and at a range where the airblast that did it shoved them away before they died.

At some point, but getting reflect sticky kills is more luck based. Reflect huntsmans are based upon prediction more than that, but then again most huntsman users fire at a specific timing after a notice against a charging pyro. Some do quicker, some do slower, but it's essentially close and requires studying of your target.

Oh I can give some advice that will turn short range huntsman reflects from hard to easy! Huntsman snipers cannot fire in the air, so if you get close, airblast them into the air, and then back up slightly, and prepare to airblast a split second after they hit the ground. Generally the sniper will fire, giving you huntsman refect.
