Some of the earlier logos had me tingling and giving me goosebumps, and I had the volume on mute. Also, given the studio's legacy, I'm thinking MGM should've also been a television network, like FOX, CBS and NBC.

The 1953 logo used Tanner on color films. It used Jackie on black & white films. I found it on "Blackboard Jungle". I was lucky to find it. I was startled when I didn't see it.
