And yes, drink as much water as you can, so the fat cells are transported to your liver. I'm 27, I already massage my face and neck upwards (probably since I was in my early 20's). My mom is 48 and her body looks great for her age, her secret is to massage her body and use body lotion each day after she takes her shower, no excuses!
