Tthe legitimate way to beat this stage is to destroy the Zamel and thr One Horn as quickly as possible using Bahamut or Balrog, but I'd reccomend saving Bahamut for when you've beaten them both so you can rush the base before the army of Zang Roos obliterate you.

I just beat this stage yesterday, i did with cyberpunk and sniper cat as to slow and knockbsck them kill one horn zamel mole with Dβarktanyan. than immediately summon A.bahamut to destroy the enemy base.
