What volume are you up to? I'm also new to it (though I have gotten decently far into it). I love what I've read of it, although it only starts being great at the Arlong fight (imo).

One Piece is a tale of a underscribeable adventure full of hardships, good times and epic battles. Also alot of drinking....lets describe the characters in one word...Luffy-King...Zoro-Swordsmen..Sanji-Cook..Chopper-Doctor...Nami-Navigator..Brook-Musician..Franky-Shipwright..Robin-Historian..so much more to say

And also it has a really nice layed back feeling aswell because of luffys attitude.

Just started on One Piece, I enjoyed the animation more than the manga though. Maybe it's the catchy theme song. Just finished episode 50, there's like a few hundred to go...cute cat by the way..

@enochbranard Ya, I'm looking forward to getting back into the series. Some of my friends have been giving me a bunch of anime to watch, so that is probably my cue to get back on the mangas, haha.

If you like One Piece. I would very much recommend getting into Fairy Tail. Both are very enjoyable, funny and yet serious as well. By far they are my top 2 preferred manga.

One piece is amazing, just started buying the manga and its totally worth it, i prefer it to naruto because it has more chapters but the goal is the same through out the whole story while with naruto his goal seems to change from him wanting to be recognized and respected to him chasing after sasuke alll the time

Haha, Naruto is a......special, ninja. At least his outfit tones down a little bit after Shippuden....just a little though, orange still sticks out like a traffic cone in the dark, haha.
