CinemaFourDeeTuts is a community GFX channel that uploads things such as tutorials, demo reels, speed arts, and animations! I also provide a variety of templates, free models, and more! Subscribe if you're interested in graphics, or want to learn more about certain programs!

Depends on the detail. For a very distant shot where you need almost none, 1-2 minutes, for a lot of detail, 2-4 hours. And you could keep going further. But for a beginner, watch a LOT of these (/watch?v=LcV3PH_vxKk) tutorials first.
