Ranger needs an increase in crit rate, and cw helm and gloves add that, while cruiser just adds damage of crit.

For ranger you want to go 30-50 sta (personally i have 50 sta and i get about 15 harpies at level 66 easily) and the rest goes into dex, for skills, i personally do not max bow mastery until i have the extra skill points because 20 extra attack is not even noticeable. other than that max junk arrow for fast leveling and perfect block, and arrow rain, thats all you need, fast walker fast gathering as well as DI for fun. I used reskill at 60 and made junk arrow prerequisite cause i didnt need it
