I haven't found any more footage of Wario since making this, but I did find more footage of "The Controller!" If I happen to find more Wario footage, i'll include the Controller footage too as a little footnote.

I think that Mario is saying "You gotta be coo-coo crazy", cause Wario is listening something and not opening his mouth. It only sounds like Wario, because Charles Martinett is a voice actor of Mario, Luigi, Waluigi and of course Wario. Also the sound is pretty bad quaility.
