I love how Mapleshade was forgiven by Riverclan after her banishment from Thunderclan but Appledusk was the one who got banished from his clan,and wanted revenge on everyone who he think was at fault for his banishment and go insane tormented by the ghosts of his kits he killed Ravenwing who exposed him and Mapleshade ,killed Frecklewish for not saving the kits wich caused him to be banished and almost Killed Mapleshade and Perchpaw and he got send in the dark forest for his evil deed.

Ravenwing’s ghost: “I’m so tired of these two.”

Honestly, the idea of mapleshade being able to beat appledusk easily in a fight feels a bit accurate and hilarious, knowing that mapleshade is confirmed to be a really big cat in the book, possibly bigger than appledusk.

I see Patchkit was a constant in the map - probably because he was the same in appearance as his mother.

I love this so much its a really cool idea and i love how Mapleshades personality is the opposite of her actual personality lol. And Mapleshade and Reedshine are adorable. Awesome map!

So, this au is about Appledusk getting banished instead of Mapleshade and she stays in Riverclan and Reedshine helps her condition and they become close. While Appledusk suffers and is driven to insanity after he lost his sons and daughter like in the original story. He began to kill Ravening and Frecklewish and others who he is responsible for his kits' death. He then tries to kill Mapleshade, but he stops and sees his apprentice, Perchpaw and pregnant Reedshine standing in horror by the monster he became, and then Mapleshade kills him and he was driven to the Dark Forest.
