For some reason the "Fliggle Floggle" got me laughing so much XD

I personally use Cloak to kill grunts, rescue titans, and steal the glowing balls of space magic that people like to use to power their super-weapons (like Tone and Volt)

I use cloak with mastiff with radar pulse. I call it "Predator"

When sniping crouch so it's harder for the enemy to hit you and you can't get executed

CAR+ This build allows you to easily wallrun at breakneck speeds. Usually your jump jets would allow someone to eerily stalk you. But with low profile and the fact that you have a height and speed advantage makes you pretty much completely invisible to both pilots and Titans. Allows you to shred targets before the even know what the heck Titanfall is.

I thought you become visible when you shoot while cloaked

Cloak and shotguns are great for harassing enemies in PvPvE like bounty hunt or attrition. Or using it for Titan ejections without the cloak perk for titans or grenadier when you need to harass titans with rockets and gain that Titan drop xp.

My favorite class that i use pretty much all the time: Cloak; firestar w/ R - 201 Carbine; threat sight(for seeing through that smoke), tactikill(make sure cloak is readily available). MGL; extended mag(the only mod i have for it right now lol)

I use cloak for anti-titan operations. it's works well with titans in corridor like areas as you can cloak then wall run to take a battery, then bounce off the wall a couple times to toss some grenades in the hole.
