Had to get my Hornady rounds re-done due to California "no lead" law so found some copper .358 in 160gr they are plastic tipped hollow points.. Hope my shop loaded them right for what they are.. Deer hunting and anything else I may use it for.. My Marlin is a 1950 336 chambered in .35 rem and I love this thing, hope to pass it down to one of my 10 kiddos some day as they all love shooting it.. This is what was written on my box from my shop after reloading

Ive compared many different reloading manuals and Lyman generally has the slowest velocities/lowest powder charges for calibers i reload for. I always compare at least 2 different books. Nosler seems to have larger charge weights and uses a 26" test barrel for most cartridges.

I am reloading the Barns TSX 200 grain for the Marlin 336 I have then loading these with one in the chamber and round noise in the tube.

SR4227 is IMR small rifle 4227 it is used for magnum pistol and small cartridges such as 22 Hornet, it is also good for reduced rifle loads. Turbal 2000 is a Nobel brand powder about the speed of H322.

thanks by the way for info I should have said I'm trying to use a lighter bullet for little more range for some whitetails . I've only tryed the one powder and load as of yet. Look forward seeing how the loads turn out .

Hope they shoot well for you . I'm sure the scope will help . Reloader 7 is a good one to try .
