General Skar was on Evil Concarne which was a show that was part of the grim adventures of billyand mandy The original show was grim and evil, but evil concarne wasnt as popular

The main reason it wasnt online problably was because this game came out on Wii when their online service wasnt active yet. And it was designed to be on Gamecube and PS2 first and Gamecube games rarley had online features.
