I find that J basses have a special kind of punch that a lot of other kinds of basses can't replicate. It almost feels like the J bass was designed for metal.

The bass player in Judas Priest played a Fender Jazz whenever I saw them play. They entire band had a very organic sound in their day.

How does that bass feel? Looks like’s it’s knock off Fender (looking like Fender, but not insulting as other brands like Lakland and Sire are amazing), something about the green color... it’s disgusting but I cant look away lol.
