When I was in Afghanistan guarding the locals who worked behind our lines, I asked where one of my buddies, PFC Lake, ran off to. Lake always called everyone "shitbag." Nothing bad about him, he was just a joker like that. One of the locals answered, "Shitbag Kort-aw-Lawry," (Shitbag, he went home) and I've since decided to use "QuartuvLarry" as a contrived faux-esoteric "quirk" of an online username. That's my dumb reason for this dumb name.
