In this world, Gaster gave Ralsei a blunt and then Ralsei said “This blunt ain’t shi-“ and then had a permanent bad trip that he’s been try to escape ever since. Then when you stumble across him in the Cyber World, he steals the suit from Spamton and realized that it didn’t free him from the bad trip. So he’s fighting to get your soul because he thinks your soul is the only thing that can free him from the bad trip. Also Spamton joins the party in this world to help out. Thus marking the beginning of the Drug Route.
