The name of the quest is 2 Colors of Meow - Sm. Arena as shown at 2:22. This quest is available as downloadable content so you'll find it through the download option in the game's main menu.

The armour's easy, just kill lots of G-level D. Hermitaurs.

@wfafnir Oh btw, in case you haven't noticed, the main focus of this game isn't earning money but rather collecting materials. WIthout enough materials it won't matter how much z you've got.

Just continue with what you've been doing ;) Completing certain HR3 quests will unlock the HR4 urgent quest. If you're desperate to get to HR4 as soon as possible, you might want to search for which quests you need to do. Otherwise just play through the quests at your own leisure and you'll eventually unlock the urgent quest.

@wfafnir This quest is HR4 and above only, as seen at 2:21, so it wouldn't ruin the early game like you pointed out. That's the whole point why Capcom implemented the restriction in the first place. And just for the record, I only got defensive because some people went on the offensive for no reason at all. You just shouldn't have taken the side of some troll that came on here insulting everybody because he can't work his PSP.
