ANOTHER SOLUTION IS TO MAKE SURE YOU CLICK ON A SPECIFIC FRAME OF THE VIDEO THEN ADD MAGIC BULLET LOOKS, THIS SHOULD WORK. ALSO IF IT KEEPS CRASHING REINSTALL IT.
