For everyone that wants to play shinji, his forward flash attack is hit confirmable from close-by and also dodges breakers, while his spiritual pressure move 2 is a breaker, you cant combo with it but you can reset with it.

Couple of quick notes, SP2 and his unique action breaker can not be combined into. On top of that, if Hiyori is forcing the opponent into block stun, you also can't breaker at all. Both unique action options can be breakered on reaction.
