I have a question about red ears sliders. If male red eared sliders are exposed to have red blotches then why does my male red eared slider (and I got him at pet smart in the red eared slider section) have green blotches instead?

hi @gadzonise. yeah, just get regular worms instead of jumbo nightcrawlers. there are a choice of worms available at petco and pet smart. cut them to bite size if you have to. thanks for your question.

SO does worms help the turtles eat? Well, I found mine in a pile of mud so we kept it and it’s refusing to eat bread
