As a VFL, I think ucla would make the biggest mistake ever to bring nico in after what his brother did.

UCLA needs to pull out. I can t believe UCLA even entered into negations after how Nico's Brother, Madden ditched UCLA on signing day. This family is nasty to deal with.

I've heard that the hang up with the Nico situation might have to do with the NIL contract he signed with Tennessee where Tennessee agreed to pay him $8 million during his time there but Tennessee would retain the rights to his NIL during that time period and the school would receive any money generated from his NIL in order to cover that $8 million payment. I'm guessing they are trying to figure out how to navigate that whole contract situation

Who will treat him any better than Tennessee did? He got paid to redshirt, played one season where the offense relied mostly on running. He goes through Spring camp and at the end of that, gives Tennessee an ultimatum. Knowing that Tennessee is then put in a maximal bind, it all otherwise seems as if there was no plan at all, as a plan would be entering the first portal, when everyone was looking and nobody had committed. When Tennessee also could have also planned ahead.
