From a survival standpoint, the catfish won. It doesn't matter how many you catch; what matters, is what is going to sustain you the longest. At the end of the day, that's what this is; a survival challenge, (if you can call it that).

For the record trey you used a sharping stone to strike the fero rod , next time use the spine on the knife you got in your kit. Works much better I promise lol.. and yak pak get a good pile of hot coals going and set the whole steak on it. It’s delicious

That wire saw works way better if you keep the wire as straight as possible. It's even easier on your hands if you use a bent stick between the 2 rings as a handle. Turning into a bow saw, if you will.
