That's the first time I hear that about a MUGEN game. The controls are simple. There are basically 6 buttons and each of them does a different action (J,K,L,U,I,O). You can perform different jutsus by combining this this buttons together, or with the moving keys. Example: Down-Forward + Key.

Anyway, there are other difficult jutsus to perform (it depends on the characters). Some of them might take more than three buttons.
