You can still verify any level with that trick, but other people can get 100% on it too.

Every time, when I upload a level and select the opinion that the level can only be downloaded with a password (or even if I say that it can't be downloaded at all), the level still gets downloaded once I uploaded it. Can someone please tell me why others can download my level even if it shouldn't be possible?
