Death and Prowler have a lot of common, they are both are villains yeah but they doing their jobs. And they won't stop to get their target. Death just likes to scare Puss, while Prowler still keeps finding the new Spiderman. But in the end, Death was mad that he didn't killed him from the start but actually teach him a lesson so he gave him a chance to live his one life. But Prowler didn't know his target was his nephew the whole time and he doesn't want to hurt him, so he let him go but then got shot and died but glad his nephew would become a hero.
