This is sooooo amazing. I read some of the comments saying that they closed their eyes and reflected on sad things,but when I did it this is what I saw: pretty colours floating away into the distance and then seeing all the happy moments I have had and it made me appreciate my day because I had a great one and this made it even better thank you!!

oh god. this is weird! I felt like I am a dancer and standing on stage with the place all dark but only a spot light where I stand and while i am dancing I keep flash backing at all the sad events happened to me. it is as if I'm trying to let go of everything that once made me uncomfortable and I am finally feeling free. I think I'm crazy but this is actually what I visualized when I closed my eyes :'))
