Why is Amius Not staying back in his base Form? After eclipse Ticks down he uses his skill and in meantile he switches from red form over base Form to red form again in a sec. Why?

Remember not to bring in any turn meter control from champs, relics, mastery or whatever. Make sure your champ is not running cycle of magic.
