I've given up on trying to explain the health, environmental, and animal welfare reasons for being vegan. Now when people ask me why I'm vegan I just tell them that I hate the government and want to destroy capitalism. It's a much more satisfying answer.

Less than 5 minutes and by pointing out systemic issues and Capitalism as the drive for suffering (Both human and animal) and you're already doing more for the animal rights cause than any individual ever could, bravo: I think I need to seriously take back my previously hasty comments on the topic because this is precisely the kind of diagnosis people who obsess about individual choices need to hear.
